Welcome to our website. On this page you will find our terms and conditions of use. If you place an order on this site you will be agreeing to these terms. We will regularly review these terms to remain up to date with current legislation for online shopping.

We are happy to answer any questions or queries you have. We understand the convenience of online shopping, the safety and comfort of shopping at home, but there is no chance to touch or browse and ask questions before making your final choice. We are happy to spend time sending information, pictures, measurements and weight of items to help you make the right choice.
Currently there are a few conditions that we have to consider as we work with suppliers who manufacture in the u.k. Some manufacturing is affected by COVID regs which will affect stock levels until full production is back.
Your order will not be accepted if;
We do not have the items available for posting.
Your payment is unsuccesful.
If we believe you have tried to cancel your order, we will contact you if we have your details to check with you.
If your order is from outside the u.k.
Payments are accepted securely via Paypal using SSL technology to keep your details safe.
Delivery
All orders are carefully checked and packaged in leatherette boxes for larger pieces or environmentally friendly re-cycled boxes sourced in the u.k.
We use Royal Mail to send orders, a signature will be required upon receipt.
Delivery Charges
Orders up to £50 are sent 1st Class Signed for and cost £2.00
Orders above £50 are sent Special Delivery and cost £5.00
Returning items to us
If you are not "over the moon" with your order when it arrives you can return it within 14 days. Please re-use the original packaging, the item must be in perfect condition and must not have been used. Upon inspection if it is clear the item has been used we will not be able to refund or exchange it. Ear rings cannot be returned. For your peace of mind we recommend you send items via tracked mail and retain your tracking number. You are responsible for paying return postage costs.
Please make sure you show our address clearly as we cannot be responsible for lost items that do not reach us.
Faulty Items should also be returned within 14 days and refunds will be credited against the debit or credit card used for the original purchase.
Privacy Notice
At 925 Silver Store we endeavour to protect the privacy of our customers. To provide you with the best customer service we need to collect certain types of information and some of your personal details.
We will only collect information necessary to enable us to complete your purchase and deliver to you including; Your name, address, your contact details Email and phone, details of your order, your payment details and delivery details.
We will comply with the GDPR when using your information. Your trust is important to us. When we use your information we will be honest and transparant with it. We do not store your information after your purchase and delivery have been completed. We do not have a customer database. We do not share information other than to process your payments via the website , e.g Paypal.
